In this series we’ll continue the journey from EVOLUTION INSIDE I (see previous class description) and add the mammal and primate aspects to our awareness and exploration of our evolutionary bodies!
In the end, we’ll be able to sense all of these different layers at once and move in and through them as needed… depending on what it is we are doing – especially when singing!
All of this will not only help some confusing and complicated aspects of our human anatomy make more sense, but it will set the ground for us to continue making leaps and advances in our full humanity and all that has evolved in us until right now!
